A leading company in the sports and lifestyle industry seeks a visionary Art Direction Leader to enhance On's creative output across various brand touchpoints. This high-impact role entails leading a team to develop emotionally resonant brand assets, incubating creativity, and ensuring alignment with business objectives, amidst fast-paced, dynamic environments.
We’re looking for a visionary and hands-on leader in Art Direction to oversee the creative output of On’s most essential visual brand touchpoints, including brand assets such as e-commerce, product storytelling, seasonal lookbooks, and cross-category campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for emotional impact and commercial performance, guiding a team of talented art directors to shape how the world perceives On at every touchpoint.
With a balance of strategic foresight and hands-on creative leadership, you will lead a team of Art Directors and Visual Creators to build emotionally resonant and commercially impactful brand assets. You understand the connection between performance and lifestyle and know how to express this across film, photography, motion, and emerging formats.
This is a high-impact, leadership role at the intersection of creative excellence, business goals, and global brand expression, reporting to the Head of Group Visual Direction.
You will join our Brand Visual Direction team, responsible for shaping the look and feel of the On brand across various touchpoints. We work on diverse projects—from seasonal campaigns and product storytelling to global brand moments and retail—aiming to push creative boundaries while maintaining a consistent, elevated visual identity.
