Responsible for: Teachers, Trainee Teachers and Technicians of department Main Purpose
To assist the Curriculum Leader in managing the Art, Design and Technology Department; to assist in leading and managing the teaching, learning and work of the Department to ensure the highest possible levels of achievement; to teach Art, Design and Technology in accordance with appropriate syllabi and the National Curriculum programme of study and in the context of the aims of COLAI and the needs of its students; you will be required to carry out the duties of a teacher as set out in the current Schoolteachers' Pay and Conditions document.
