Are you a passionate and experienced Art Teacher ready to lead and inspire creativity across the school? We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Art to join a forward-thinking secondary school in Beaconsfield. If you have a strong track record in teaching Art and developing innovative programs, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Art department and develop a creative curriculum.
2. Inspire and motivate students to achieve their best in Art.
3. Manage departmental resources effectively.
4. Collaborate with other departments to integrate Art into the broader curriculum.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a degree in Art or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an Art Teacher with leadership experience preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. A passion for art and education.
