About the Role

This role offers challenge, growth, and purpose. It involves inspiring others and bringing your creative ideas to life.

You will oversee approximately 15 homes, working closely with the Operations Director to develop and support your area. Your responsibilities include providing leadership to Home Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, maintaining quality standards, monitoring financial performance, and identifying growth opportunities for new or existing homes.

Building positive relationships with commissioners, families, and external stakeholders is essential to ensure the people we support receive the best care.

About You

The successful candidate will need to work some evenings and weekends, with some travel expected. An NVQ Level 5 in social care or equivalent is essential. Significant experience in a regional manager or similar role, including senior management of complex care, is required. Knowledge of legal frameworks related to mental health and forensic governance will be beneficial.
