Qualifications

• 8+ years backend/full-stack engineering experience.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership/architecture role.
• Proven experience scaling SaaS or other high-traffic platforms.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems (microservices, queues, caching).
• Strong experience with Python or Go.
• Cloud-native architecture expertise (AWS or GCP).

Responsibilities

We’re a fast-growing SaaS business powering mission-critical solutions for global brands. Backed by a leading growth investor, we’re entering an exciting new phase – scaling our platform, launching new products, and expanding into new markets.

We’re now looking for a Head of Architecture to evolve our core platform for performance, scalability, and security. You’ll lead technical strategy while staying close to the code, shaping architecture, and driving best practices across a high-performing engineering team.

What you’ll do
