The Service Line Owner (Head of Workload Solutions) is a global pre-sales & technical leadership role responsible for their specific service line within the Cloud PSO. This role aims to achieve and grow the global revenue target in partnership with the Cloud Sales and broader Sales teams (CBE). The owner serves as the authority on the technology roadmap and regional implementation of the service line.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the global revenue target across all regions
- Leading pre-sales efforts by coordinating teams from Cloud Services, PSO, cloud sales, and CBE
- Defining and communicating a unified value proposition and go-to-market strategy, including commercial and resourcing considerations
- Developing scalable internal and external materials to support sales and presales activities
Services Evolution:
- Setting strategic direction and developing service offerings with the Head of Cloud Services
- Driving regional incubation and ensuring global alignment
- Evaluating R&D projects for relevance to the service line objectives
Technical Leadership & Delivery Excellence:
- Guiding delivery teams on training, upskilling, and capacity management in collaboration with regional Heads of Consulting
- Providing subject matter expertise and quality assurance for successful project delivery
- Creating reference materials, templates, and resources for client resource planning and delivery models, ensuring quality and global consistency
- Specialist knowledge in workload migration and application modernization
Qualifications and Experience:
- Leadership experience in high-growth technology consulting and team building
- Deep expertise in business transformation, strategy, and management consulting, especially in IT delivery for financial services
- Over 10 years of enterprise technology and professional services experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong financial acumen and practice P&L management experience
- Experience engaging with C-level executives and shaping business discussions
- Proven leadership in building high-performing, growth-oriented teams
- Experience with large-scale enterprise clients in dynamic environments
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Specialist knowledge in workload migration and modernization
- Experience delivering large cloud migration or modernization programs
- Understanding of cloud-native design principles
- Experience in multi-year migration or modernization deals with ROI focus
- Product owner mindset with a track record in engineering practice development and go-to-market strategies
