Head of Data & Analytics | London (Hybrid) | ~£75K-85K

I’m working with an organisation doing meaningful work, supporting the delivery of IPS (Individual Placement and Support), which helps people facing severe mental illness, drug dependency, homelessness, and other complex barriers get into work. This model is used internationally, and the impact is significant.

They’re now seeking a Head of Data & Analytics to lead data strategy, dashboards, and insights, enabling the team and stakeholders to make informed decisions that improve lives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and implementing the organisation-wide data strategy
• Leading and developing a small but effective data & analytics team
• Managing reporting, dashboarding, and data quality
• Translating insights into actionable recommendations for leadership and partners
• Overseeing data governance and protection processes
• Managing the data budget and supporting strategic planning

• A confident communicator comfortable with technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in the public or third sector is preferred but not essential
