The candidate should have a scientific background in chemistry, pharmacy, or equivalent, with extensive experience in CMC projects, analytical development, and regulatory compliance. Leadership experience and fluency in English are essential.
Team Overview: The team handles analytical method development and characterization across various modalities, focusing on drug development from candidate selection to commercial transfer, particularly in controlled release dosage forms, leading 11 scientists.
