A global dermatology leader is seeking an experienced individual to define brand and sales strategies while leading the Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of commercial experience, particularly in Sales and Brand management, along with strong knowledge of the UK Skincare and Aesthetics market. Define brand & sales strategies whilst providing leadership to the sales and marketing team. Ensure winning commercial propositions and financial control for the NNS, Sell Out and Variable Marketing Through the provision of a high level of analysis, insight and wider strategic vision, enable Galderma and its partners to identify and exploit business opportunities, which support the Company's strategic objectives to grow the current business and develop new business across the different Galderma brands.
