An ambitious and fast-growing digital health company on a mission to transform the way healthcare is delivered through cutting-edge technology, intelligent automation, and user-focused design. Continuing to scale, we’re looking for an experienced Head of Sales Management to lead and execute our commercial growth strategy, drive revenue, and build a high-performing sales organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the end-to-end sales strategy, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives and product positioning.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven and collaborative culture.
  • Develop and refine the sales process, from lead generation and qualification to pipeline management and closing.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop tailored go-to-market plans to capture them.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Clinical teams to ensure cohesive messaging and client experience.
  • Track key performance metrics, using data to inform decision-making and optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and client engagements.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5 Years + Experience
  • Positive Track Record of Software Sales in Healthtech
  • Proven experience in B2B sales leadership roles within healthtech, digital health, SaaS, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly in primary care, clinical workflows, or digital transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK healthcare ecosystems, including experience with health systems, hospitals, and NHS.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use CRM and analytics tools to drive performance.
  • Passion for innovation in healthcare and improving patient and clinician outcomes.
  • Can travel up to 50%
