Please note: this position requires relocation to Abu Dhabi for a minimum period of 12 months. Project duration: 36 months+. Softserve will support relocation of selected candidates.

• An accomplished product leader with 10+ years of experience in product management, focusing on AI-powered healthcare technologies
• Deeply knowledgeable about AI innovations and healthcare market trends, including emerging digital health solutions
• Experienced in managing AI healthcare product portfolios, from concept to launch, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
• Proficient in healthcare-specific product management frameworks, with a track record of delivering compliant, high-impact solutions in regulated environments
• A strategic thinker with proven leadership skills, capable of shaping product vision, influencing roadmaps, and driving business outcomes in healthcare
• A skilled communicator with strong influencing capabilities, engaging with clinicians, regulatory bodies, and leadership
• Passionate about innovation at the intersection of technology and patient care, navigating complex regulatory and ethical landscapes
