Brunswick Group is seeking a Head of the AI Lab to lead AI initiatives and manage a team of engineers. This role involves strategic oversight of AI programs, driving innovation to enhance client outcomes and internal operations. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in AI, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of AI technologies.

As Head of the AI Lab, you will lead all internal AI programs and workstreams across the firm, managing a small, but growing team of AI engineers and working closely with senior leadership. This role offers a blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and leadership, ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives on collaboration, and is excited by the opportunity to harness AI to shape the future of Brunswick. You will be the driving force behind the roadmap, adoption, and scaling of AI-powered tools and solutions firmwide.
Reports to: Director, Group Strategy.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, highly motivated individual who combines strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically, inspire teams and influence senior leadership.
This person will have a deep understanding of AI technologies, experience in a global corporate environment, and the ability to translate complex ideas into practical, impactful solutions.
