Job summary

Circuit Mind Limited in London leads the development of an AI-powered electronics design platform. As Lead Electronic Engineer, you will guide our algorithms, software and electronics teams to automate professional electronic design at scale.

You will shape the platform’s technical direction, drive architecture and data models, and lead customer projects across aerospace & defence, consumer electronics, semiconductors and industrial systems.

Qualifications

• 15+ years performing electronics design across the full product lifecycle.
• Experience leading electronics design teams.
• Keen interest in AI, new tools and methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-electronic engineers.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap Leadership: Define and maintain the technical roadmap for Circuit Mind’s AI-powered electronics design platform in collaboration with leadership and product management.
• Product Feature Specification: Translate design challenges into clearly documented specifications for new product functionality.
• Feature Prioritisation: Prioritize product features aligning technical development with customer value and market impact.
• Solution Architecture & Development: Lead cross-functional workshops to develop the platform for generating optimised designs for professional use.
• Data Model Evolution: Expand digital component data representation to enable accurate design generation.
• AI Assisted Design Projects for Customers: Lead AI-assisted projects to demonstrate faster, higher quality design outcomes.
• New Product Exploration: Explore and test new product directions using AI and automation.
