Job Summary

This role bridges organizational strategy and actionable technology initiatives. You will define how to measure and track value and capacity creation through AI and analytics, partnering with CITOs and leads in Business teams to achieve a 30% efficiency uplift by 2028. You will identify strategic initiatives, create business cases, and ensure alignment with business goals. You will be a disruptive thinker, shaping the strategic direction of corporate functions to remain at the forefront of innovation.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to analyze opportunities, address challenges, and develop strategies, focusing on capacity creation. Responsibilities include strategizing and planning initiatives leveraging intelligent automation technologies like RPA and AI to optimize processes, identify automation opportunities, oversee implementation, and refine processes for efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Disruptive leader, at the forefront of AI trends, developing and executing strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on capacity creation and operational efficiency.

• Innovation & Technology Adoption: Identify high-impact AI use cases, articulate benefits to non-technical stakeholders, create roadmaps, define metrics, and measure performance.

• Productivity Enhancement: Lead AI-driven projects to increase productivity, collaborate with departments to implement solutions, develop enterprise-wide AI strategies, and identify adoption opportunities.

• Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with senior stakeholders, drive AI & Analytics strategy, and stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling intelligent automation in financial services.
• Strong understanding of AI, analytics governance, and ethical practices.
• Excellent strategic planning and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders up to Exco level.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts.
• Advanced degree in relevant fields preferred but not essential.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Proven ability to present business cases to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with LLMS/Gen AI with ROI outcomes.
• Knowledge of latest AI/Analytics technologies and trends.
