You will also establish and maintain delivery standards and procedures, striving to create a best-in-class delivery engine. Throughout the lifecycle of all deliverables you'll obtain, analyze, and act on measurable data to ensure that delivery efforts meet expectations for time, cost, performance, capacity, capability, innovation, and predictability.

What you will be doing:
  1. Establishing and enacting best practices on processes, standards, and roles for managing the portfolio.
  2. Utilizing tooling to monitor, control, and improve the portfolio output and outcomes, surfacing regular reports, reviews, insights, recommendations, and metrics dashboards.
  3. Working closely with Product, Commercial, and Engineering teams to track and measure the progress, outcomes, benefits, and risks of each workstream within your portfolio, accurately indicating where these become portfolio-level escalations.
  4. Maintaining an overall view of all roadmap activities, regardless of whether all workstreams are led by delivery or by Engineering/Product.
  5. Identifying potential risks within the portfolio and developing mitigation strategies, understanding the impact level ranging from project to programme to portfolio.
  6. Proactively addressing issues that may impact delivery or that are escalated through multiple channels.
  7. Creating and fostering a positive, collaborative, and innovative culture within the portfolio.
  8. Leading and motivating the delivery team and your Engineering and Product counterparts, demonstrating exceptional influencing and collaboration skills.
