Starting ASAP - Hybrid Working - 37.5 hours - £25.71ph - 3 months initially - Own vehicle required

Your new company
Working for an independent body, set up by the Welsh Government to engage with the community regarding the planning and delivery of health and social care services in Wales.
Your new role

  • Provide strategic leadership and ensure national alignment of the region's engagement and complaints advocacy service
  • Provide operational oversight, line management and professional supervision of the region's engagement officers and complaints advocates
  • Oversee regional communications and public relations
  • Integrate engagement, complaints advocacy and learning from complaints
  • Contribute to the region's governance, performance and learning frameworks
  • Provide strategic, national leadership for a nominated all Wales area of interest
  • What you'll need to succeed
    • Clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle - travel required for this role.
