Rate: Negotiable – Inside IR35

Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week

Duration: Interim, 3–6 months (pending permanent recruitment)

We are working with a local authority seeking an experienced professional to serve as Interim Head of Adult Mental Health and Disability.

This leadership role involves shaping and delivering specialist social work and care services for adults with mental health and disability needs. You will promote a person-centred, strengths-based approach that encourages independence and choice.

You will also be instrumental in advancing the Community First Approach, collaborating with colleagues and partners to positively impact lives.

Key Responsibilities:
