Job Description:

Weston College, one of the UK's fastest-growing colleges offering courses from entry level to Masters degrees, is seeking a Head of Admissions on a maternity cover basis, working 37 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop an effective admissions and applicant services team, ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Lead, train, and support the team to deliver a customer-centered service.
  • Provide information and advice on progression opportunities and liaise with relevant partners and agencies.
  • Achieve recruitment and conversion targets through effective management of the admissions process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Level 3 qualifications in Customer Service and Advice and Guidance.
  • Supervisory or management qualification at Level 3.
  • Experience in data management and analysis to enhance organizational performance.
  • Experience in designing and managing systems and coordinating activities.
