Job description

We are looking for a Head of Activation to be responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy for one of our Luxury brands and ensuring its execution in partnership with the brand & commercial team. You will work closely with the product and engagement team to deliver the strongest cutting-edge 360 campaigns, as well as the commercial, finance, and Revenue Growth Management teams to influence and monitor sell-out and P&L GTN.

A Day in the Life
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
  • Lead a team of Channel Activators and a Business Growth Partner.
  • Work in partnership with product, engagement, and commercial teams.
  • Translate the brand plan to define winning brand go-to-market strategies using key market insights.
  • Execute flawless, best-in-class activation, adapted to each retailer context, including e-commerce strategies.
  • Partner with national account managers to build tailored plans per retailer.
  • Define distribution/channel strategy with key open/close POS list.
  • Define allocation and strategy for Coffret, GWP, Samples, and Testers by retailer.
  • Develop retailer activation strategies, including Partnership Marketing, CRM, and Media.
  • Collaborate with Retail and education managers to drive performance with field teams.
Monitoring & Accelerating Sell-Out
  • Align the brand's promotional calendar with commercial teams.
  • Review squad activity tracker monthly to maximize sell-out opportunities.
  • Analyze brand swings on commercial forecasts; identify opportunities and risks.
  • Implement market share winning plans, especially in Q4.
  • Report on door productivity and share insights with the team.
  • Support monthly market share analysis per retailer.
Influence of P&L GTN
  • Serve as the brand's commercial lead for trends.
  • Partner with Commercial Controlling to review investments during trend processes.
  • Incorporate Revenue Growth Management learnings into strategies.
  • Optimize investments to deliver brand valorization targets.
  • Establish promotional rules with finance.
  • Own SLOB clearance plans.
  • Participate in internal commercial meetings and debrief teams.
