Job summary

Adecco in Liverpool offers a Head of Accounting (Report & Consolidation) role in a hybrid setting. You will lead the accounting to report and consolidation function, ensuring timely, accurate IFRS-compliant reporting and strong controls while guiding a skilled team.

The position oversees month-end, quarter-end, year-end closes, group consolidation, external audits, and transformation projects including ERP migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Significant experience in financial accounting, statutory reporting, consolidation, and audit.
• Proven experience leading finance teams in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, half-year, and year-end close activities.
• Co-lead global group consolidation across multiple entities.
• Ensure IFRS compliant reporting and Group reporting.
• Review balance sheet and cash flow consolidation results.
• Drive finance transformation projects including ERP migrations.
