The Head of Account Management – Luxury markets will work closely with our Italian, French, Swiss, and Spanish international Sales teams to ensure multi-market campaigns on our Global titles are flawlessly planned and managed, meeting and exceeding advertiser goals and revenue targets. The role involves collaboration with the team Director to set strategic goals for managing the 4 key luxury markets, establishing and refining processes, and managing a team of 3 account managers/directors responsible for digital campaign strategy, media planning, booking, pipeline management, and overseeing all campaigns from these regions. Building strong relationships with senior global sales stakeholders and supporting the global Hearst ecosystem are also key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Account Management team responsible for media strategy and planning across IT/ES/FR/CH markets within Global Client Success.
  • Collaborate with the team Director and other leads to uphold high team standards.
  • Work with international sales teams to optimize processes, ensure revenue targets are met, and troubleshoot campaign issues.
  • Provide operational support such as media planning, client liaison, and campaign reporting.
  • Ensure the team is efficient, commercially aware, and responsive to clients and sellers.
  • Develop long-term relationships with agencies, clients, sales, and global contacts through regular communication.
  • Identify opportunities to add value for clients and drive incremental revenue.
  • Manage pipeline and pacing to budget across markets.
  • Stay informed about local campaign initiatives and global investments.
  • Conduct business review meetings with senior stakeholders to review activities and identify upsell opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in media, publishing, or tech-related businesses at mid to senior levels.
