City Lit in London is seeking a visionary Head of 3D Studies to lead the design, planning and management of its extensive non-accredited short courses within the School of Visual Arts.

You will shape the curriculum, drive innovation, ensure high-quality learner experiences and work closely with the Head of School and senior management to support growth, student satisfaction and financial sustainability.

Formación

• Experience of designing and delivering an innovative and distinctive art and design curriculum.
• Experience of managing a diverse team in an educational setting or learning environment.
• Experience of teaching and managing academic non-accredited courses inVisual arts.
• An understanding of commercial business models, and the ability to make and execute successful plans, budget and manage resources effectively to meet financial targets.
• An understanding of the teaching, learning and assessment needs of adult learners ensuring that an outstanding student experience drives quality improvement.
• An Understanding of Health & Safety legislation and best practice.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, planning and management of an extensive programme of non-accredited short courses, ensuring a high-quality and engaging experience for learners.
• Provide both strategic and operational leadership, you will manage and support a team of specialist colleagues, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Working closely with the Head of School and the Visual Arts Senior Management Team, you will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the 3D Studies provision.
• You will develop and deliver a compelling vision for the curriculum, driving innovation, maintaining high standards of quality, and supporting the achievement of the school’s objectives for growth, student experience, staff engagement and financial sustainability.
