LT Selection is recruiting a Curriculum Manager for an established creative education provider in East London. This role combines leadership of Games Design curriculum with academic team management and the opportunity to raise teaching quality and programme performance.

Based on-site in Walthamstow, the 35-hour week starts ASAP. You will guide teachers, ensure high standards of teaching and safeguarding, and keep courses aligned with industry practice using Blender, Unreal, Unity and other tools.

Qualifications

• Degree-level or higher qualification in Games Design or a relevant subject.
• PGCE, Level 5 teaching qualification or direct equivalent, and qualified teacher status preferred.
• Strong record of leading curriculum programmes and managing a successful teaching team with Ofsted-provision experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead Games Design curriculum programmes and manage an academic team.
• Inspire and support teachers to deliver high standards of teaching and learning.
• Use course reviews, performance data and quality information to improve courses.
• Bring current games design practice and relevant software knowledge into teaching.
• Promote learner wellbeing, safeguarding and an inclusive learning environment.
