About the Hospital:
This NHS Trust Hospital in North London is undergoing transformation with new leadership and a strong focus on patient safety, staff wellbeing, and innovation. The Head Nurse will lead a 25-bed adult medical/surgical ward, driving improvements in care quality, patient flow, and staff development.

Your Missions:

  • Lead and manage the ward team (nurses, HCAs, students)

  • Ensure safe staffing, supervision, and mentoring

  • Oversee audits, risk assessments, and clinical governance

  • Collaborate with senior management on service development

  • Handle complaints, incidents, and appraisals professionally
