Job Description
Salary: £48,000 to £55,000/year + NHS benefits + leadership training
Your Missions:
Lead and manage the ward team (nurses, HCAs, students)
Ensure safe staffing, supervision, and mentoring
Oversee audits, risk assessments, and clinical governance
Collaborate with senior management on service development
Handle complaints, incidents, and appraisals professionally

Profile Required:
NMC Registered Nurse
