AsHead Nurse, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping nursing standards, supporting professional development, and ensuring the highest level of patient care. You’ll work alongside atalented 6 vet team, includingcertificate holders in ECC and Surgery, in a practice that valuesinnovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Key responsibilities:

  • Mentor and develop RVNs, student nurses, and VCAs, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
  • Oversee nursing protocols, ensuring best practices in patient care and clinic efficiency.
  • Work alongside advanced practitioners in surgery and emergency care, contributing to complex cases.
