Head Veterinary Nurse

£35,000 – £38,000 DOE | 4-Day Week + 1:5 Saturdays | Swindon Area

The Opportunity

This is a rare and exciting chance for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to step into a senior leadership role, managing and developing a large, dynamic nursing team across three thriving clinics.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support a fully staffed nursing team
  • Develop, implement, and oversee clinical protocols to maintain gold-standard care
  • Induct, mentor and coach nurses and student nurses, ensuring a strong culture of growth
  • Collaborate with clinical and practice managers on HR and recruitment
  • Deliver outstanding clinical care, including consulting and inpatient responsibilities
  • Maintain compliance with RCVS standards across all sites
