Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust seeks a dynamic Specialist Speech-Language Therapist specializing in Head & Neck Oncology to join the SLT team at Charing Cross Hospital. You will manage inpatient and outpatient caseloads across the oncology pathway, including dysphagia rehabilitation, laryngectomy SVR, and advanced FEES imaging, contributing to MDT clinics and CPD activities.

Qualifications

• Specialist caseload management for Head & Neck Oncology/ENT with communication and swallowing impairments.
• Advanced assessment and differential diagnosis for adults in Head & Neck oncology.
• Delivery of focused training and teaching to SLTs and multidisciplinary colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage a complex, highly specialist caseload in Head & Neck Oncology/ENT.
• Provide specialist evaluation and advice for adults with communication and swallowing impairment.
• Develop and deliver training on ENT/Head & Neck Oncology to SLTs and colleagues.
• Use evidence-based knowledge to support MDT training needs.
• Demonstrate empathy and effective communication with patients and carers.
