The Role

As Head Kitchen Porter at Pantechnicon, you’ll lead the back-of-house support across all our kitchens, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency. You’ll take support the Back of House Manager with daily KP operations, support the wider team during busy service periods, and help maintain a safe, smooth-running environment.

You’re reliable, hardworking, and take real pride in keeping things running behind the scenes. With experience in busy kitchens, you lead by example, stay calm under pressure, and bring a strong sense of teamwork and responsibility to every shift.
