Job Title: Head Housekeeper – Luxury Hospitality Group - London

Salary: Up to £38,000

Location: London

We are seeking an experienced Head Housekeeper to join this Luxury Hospitality Group. You will be responsible for providing both strategic and hands-on leadership in directing the housekeeping operations to ensure the department achieves its goals and effectively contributes to the guest experience whilst maintaining high standards.

About the position
  • Ensure that the rooms and the public areas are cleaned to the highest levels
  • Oversee the housekeeping team and ensure that they check all the rooms
  • Manage the preparation of the rooms and allocate roles to the team
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests
  • Ensure that stock levels are correct
  • Implement procedures to improve the overall operations
The successful candidate
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality would help
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Experience in managing a housekeeping team
  • Someone who is well organised and willing to go the extra mile
