Qualifications

• Previous domestic experience in a care home or similar setting.
• Ability to lead a housekeeping team and manage rotas.

Responsibilities

• Lead a housekeeping team to maintain rooms and living spaces to high standards.
• Oversee cleaning of bedrooms, communal areas and bathrooms.
• Manage laundry and linen care with attention to residents' belongings.
• Coordinate staff rotas, training and supervision for efficiency.
• Interact with residents to support comfort and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with care staff to support overall home operations.
