We are seeking a dedicated Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and contribute to our ongoing growth.

The Role

As Head Housekeeper, your primary responsibility will be ensuring that both your team and our rooms maintain high standards at all times, providing guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You will liaise with reception to accommodate any special guest requirements. Daily room inspections, stock replenishment of tea, coffee, toiletries, and adherence to health and safety protocols, including COSHH, are essential. Efficiency and multitasking skills are vital.
