Job Title: Head Host at Sky Bar, Malmaison York

Join us at Malmaison York as a Head Host for our exciting new Sky Bar, SORA. This is a permanent position offering £12.77 per hour for 40 hours a week, located in York.

About the Role

As Head Host, you will manage guest flow into SORA, our luxurious Sky Bar, ensuring an optimal guest experience and effective use of space. You will be the face of our venue, providing excellent customer service and liaising with the Front Office team and management to make each shift successful.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage guest flow and reservations for SORA.
  2. Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
  3. Coordinate with team members and management.
  4. Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in high-volume restaurants or bars.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organized, bubbly, and meticulous personality.
