Role Overview

Are you a hospitality enthusiast? A customer-focused host with exceptional multi-tasking skills? Do you thrive on developing a happy, motivated team?

As the sole Head Host, you will report directly to the Assistant General Manager and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of a Locke aparthotel. You should have a strong understanding of maintaining and enriching the Locke brand, excel in people management, and have a natural flair for delivering memorable service that encourages guests to return.

Responsibilities
  • Create memorable experiences that encourage guests to return
  • Stay informed about local events and inspire guests with new ideas
  • Respond to guest reviews to demonstrate Locke’s care
  • Handle complaints proactively and positively
  • Resolve payment queries and system errors efficiently
  • Supervise and coach the Day House Host team, empowering them to excel
  • Participate in on-call duties regularly
  • Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and occupancy
  • Assist in organizing and delivering events that promote the Locke brand
  • Spot upselling opportunities and guide your team to do the same
