Job description

We are looking for a Head Grower to run our organic no-dig 5-acre site near the Pentland Hills, just outside of Edinburgh. Since 2020, we have provided 90+ veg boxes weekly (increasing steadily) as well as specialist produce to 15+ restaurants in Edinburgh and Glasgow, including our own restaurant on site.

As part of a larger farm with sheep, cattle, and pigs, there is scope to expand and lots of room to bring your own creativity to the project, including plans to grow cut flowers this year.

Salary: Dependent on experience. Small team plus some volunteers. Staff lunch and discounted veg box available.

Requirements: Tractor/Manitou experience is a bonus.
