Job summary

Far Grange Park & Golf Club is seeking an experienced Head Greenkeeper to lead course maintenance, ensure top-notch turf quality, and manage the greenkeeping team. The role works closely with the Director of Golf to elevate the overall golfing experience.

The ideal candidate has proven golf course management experience, strong turf knowledge, and essential spraying qualifications (PA1-PA6). A proactive leader committed to continuous improvement is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in golf course management or a senior greenkeeping role.
• Strong knowledge of turf care, machinery, and course maintenance practices.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Recognised qualification in Sports Turf, Greenkeeping or related discipline.
• PA1, PA2 and PA6 spraying qualifications – essential.

Responsibilities
