The Opportunity:
Having transitioned to a subscription-driven business model, our client seeks a technical, creative, and highly strategic Head of Lifecycle Marketing to develop a growth-focused lifecycle marketing strategy, personalized content libraries, and a comprehensive journey map focused on personalization.
The Skills/Requirement Needed to Succeed:
This role demands a scrappy, hands-on professional who can craft and execute end-to-end strategies, deeply engaging with the full customer journey to maximize conversion, engagement, retention, and lifetime value (LTV). This high-visibility position reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing and will work closely with key senior-level stakeholders. This role involves collaboration with the extended executive team and across the company’s entire consumer product portfolio.
