Job description

Warehouse Manager / Site Manager / Head Foreman required for our Client based in Emsworth, that specialise with the supply, installation and dismantling of temporary structures such as tents, marquees and pagodas and other associated internal hire equipment.

The role will involve travel to sites throughout Hampshire and Sussex, typically they are within 50 miles of Emsworth.

Job Overview
  • Pick and prepare equipment at the warehouse.
  • Load and unload vehicles.
  • Erect and dismantle structures as part of a team (manual handling required).
  • Act as the "Lead" onsite for customer and crew, ensuring all jobs are completed to the highest standard.
  • Time and people management to work efficiently, and to schedule to meet deadlines.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations for all staff and subcontractors on-site.
Job Requirements
  • Previous experience in a labour-focused role such as scaffolding or construction.
  • Practical skills using power tools.
  • Computer and tablet literacy is required.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • First Aid certification is desirable.
  • MUTA StructureSafe training is desirable.
  • Forklift licence (counterbalance and/or telehandler) is desirable.
  • Experience with TSS or an ERP system is desirable.
Salary & Benefits
  • 40-50 hours per week, based on a 5-day schedule (including weekends and bank holidays when required).
  • Standard hours during peak season (April - September): 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (with 1-hour breaks), though start times may be earlier depending on workload.
  • Standard hours during off season (October - March): 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with 30 min break.
  • Additional hours may be required during peak seasons.
  • Salary: £35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience and role.
