Durham University seeks a Head Coach to lead its men's and women's football programmes. This pivotal role involves strategic development, recruitment, and technical training, contributing to one of the UK's leading sports universities. The ideal candidate will have proven coaching experience and strong leadership skills.

Durham University is one of Europe's leading sport universities and has been ranked in the top three for BUCS performance since 2013. In 2019, the University completed a £32m Sports & Wellbeing Park, adding to a prior investment of £8m in 2012, making it one of the strongest sports facilities in the north of England. The University was awarded the Times and Sunday Times Sports University of the Year for 2023 due to its excellent performance across various networks.
Primarily, the Head Coach will lead and develop the men's and women's football programme at Durham University.
Additionally, the Head Coach will liaise with the Football Association and other stakeholders to develop and deliver fundraising opportunities to grow the programme.
