Position Overview

To own and lead fitness product, positively impacting members and mentoring the team to deliver the best fitness experience.

This is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager. The role is responsible for delivering an elevated fitness experience through our products such as MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal and Group Training.

Responsibilities

• Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
• Demonstrate our elevated working standards
• Lead national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday and in-gym challenges/events
• Champion our member onboarding program, MOVE, leading by example and training the team to enhance confidence and delivery
• Manage the REDEFINE product, driving sales and engagement
• Recruit, train, and mentor Fitness Coaches & Personal Trainers
• Oversee group training schedules and monitor performance against KPIs
• Enhance member engagement within your community
• Deliver classes as per gym guidelines
• Focus on driving new member sales and retaining current members to grow the live member base
• Support revenue growth across membership, products, and secondary services
• Lead by example on reception and gym floor to enhance every member visit
• Provide honest, constructive feedback to support team development
• Drive personal training session sales and deliver sessions monthly

Minimum Requirements

• Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
• Experience in running personal training sessions
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Experience delivering various group training modalities
• Up-to-date with industry fitness trends
• Adaptive communication and management style to motivate the team
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a member champion mentality
• Driven, ambitious, eager to learn and develop
• Flexible working hours and location, including weekends and bank holidays when required
