Job Responsibilities

• Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
• Lead national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday and in-gym challenges/events
• Deliver and lead the member onboarding program, MOVE, supporting and training the team
• Manage the REDEFINE product, driving sales and engagement
• Recruit, train, and mentor Fitness Coaches & Personal Trainers
• Oversee group training schedules and monitor performance against KPIs
• Enhance member engagement within your community
• Deliver classes as per gym guidelines
• Drive new member sales and retain existing members to grow the live member movement
• Support all revenue lines, including membership and product sales
• Lead by example on reception and gym floor
• Provide regular feedback to support team development
• Drive personal training session sales and deliver sessions monthly
