Head Estimator / Lead Estimator / Estimating Manager (Construction)

Salary: 55,000 - 70,000 + Car + Profit Bonus + Career Progression + Benefits

Location: Office based, commutable from Liverpool, Warrington, Wigan, Manchester, and surrounding areas

About the Role

Are you an Estimator, Lead Estimator, Head of Estimation, or similar within a Fit-Out, Construction, or related background? Are you looking for an opportunity to progress and take a step up in your career within a growing, highly regarded fit-out contractor? You will oversee a team of 4 specialist estimators with full autonomy and support.

This is a rare opportunity to join a successful family-run specialist company based in Liverpool, with approximately 40 employees. Due to retirement, they are seeking a Head Estimator to manage an experienced team and contribute to the company's growth. You will have the chance to make a significant impact and act as a right hand to the Managing Director, with scope for further career progression.

Key Details

• Office-based, Monday to Friday, 8:15 am - 5:15 pm
