Office based, Commutable from Liverpool, Warrington, Wigan or Manchester and surrounding areas

Are you an Estimator, Lead Estimator, Head of Estimation or similar within a Fit-Out, Construction or similar background looking for the opportunity to further progress and step up in your career within a growing highly regarded fit out contractor, where you will oversee a team of 4 specialist estimator's with full autonomy and support?

This is a once in a decade opportunity to join this highly successful family run specialist, where you will have the opportunity to take over a high performing close knit team, where you will have the chance to put your stamp on the company, where you will play a vital role in the growth of the company acting as a right hand to the Managing Director with the scope to further progress

This company based in Liverpool have circa 40 employees and are family run, due to retirement, they are looking to recruit a Head Estimator to oversee and manage an experienced team of Estimator's.

This role will suit someone looking to become the Head of Estimation within a Fit-Out, Construction or similar background looking for the opportunity to further progress and step up in your career within a growing highly regarded fit out contractor, where you will oversee a team of 4 specialist estimator's with full autonomy and support?

The Role:
*Office-based, Working Monday to Friday 8:15am - 5:15pm
*Working on Commercial projects up to the value of £3m
*Further career progression and autonomy
