Job summary

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Head Driver Development Post. The role supports a transition from Band 2 to Band 3 over 6–12 months, with internal training to deliver the full remit of the Head Driver position.

A full UK licence for vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes is required, and sponsorship is not available. The successful candidate will work within a busy team, developing policies and protocols for drivers while ensuring high standards of safety and service

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics, operational support or customer service.
• Ability to follow procedures, maintain records and work to established processes.
• Full UK driving licence for vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes.
