Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Lead the development and execution of a future-fit, globally resonant brand strategy.
  • Translate the brand vision into clear, actionable frameworks across marketing, customer experience, and internal culture.
  • Ensure consistent positioning that is culturally relevant and commercially impactful.

Brand Performance & Insights

  • Own brand health tracking and measurement, turning insights into opportunities.
  • Report regularly to senior stakeholders, offering strategic recommendations to build brand equity and market perception.

Cross-Functional Integration

  • Collaborate with marketing, customer experience, HR, and product teams to embed brand principles throughout the business.
  • Champion brand-led thinking across all facets of the organisation.

Governance & Consistency

  • Establish a modern, agile brand governance model.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality brand expression across channels, platforms, and geographies.

Agency & Partner Management

  • Lead relationships with global and regional creative partners.
  • Drive best-in-class brand work that delivers both creative excellence and business results.

Leadership & Advocacy

  • Act as a senior brand ambassador within the organisation.
  • Mentor and inspire teams to drive brand excellence with creativity, discipline, and passion.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ experience in brand management or strategic marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role in a multinational environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; advanced brand or strategy training a plus.
  • Demonstrated success building and evolving global brands with measurable impact.
  • A strategic thinker with creative flair and commercial focus.
