Here at Dentalcare Group, we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Head Dental Nurse & Compliance Officer to join our practice in Dentalcare Swindon.We are an NHS/Private practice who pride ourselves in putting our patients first and ensuring that we provide the best care.

About The Role

• Hours - We are looking for an applicant who can work 40 hours per week, over 5 days between Monday-Saturday.
• The role is full-time
• Competitive salary

About You

• A passionate individual
• Qualification is essential
• Strong understanding of CQC and dental compliance frameworks
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, policies, audits, and risk assessments.
• You are looking to progress into a more senior role or already have senior nursing experience.
• We are looking for someone with Dental experience
  
• Ensuring all patients have an outstanding experience
• A committed and hardworking individual who has the drive to succeed
• Friendly, confident, reliable and able to work well under pressure
  
• SOE experience is preferred but not essential
• You will have an ability to work in a team, whilst highly capable to mentor and manage others.
