As a Dental Nurse, your role will include:

• Supporting clinicians in delivering a full range of high-quality dental treatments
• Developing team members to achieve the expected standards
• Leading the team and assisting the Practice Manager with audits and other tasks to ensure practice compliance
• Effectively managing specific tasks such as planning staff rotas to ensure the practice runs efficiently
• The opportunity to support the development of other nurses through mentoring
