Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel, while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

What we look for:

  • Experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, with a caring and considerate approach
  • Experience maintaining high standards in food, health, and safety
  • Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
  • Ability to build a coaching culture and foster personal and professional growth
  • Problem-solving skills and quick decision-making abilities
