Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

If you |

  • Focus on creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and listened to, celebrating successes. Prioritize nurturing and developing talent, role modeling a coaching culture within management.
  • Are dedicated to ensuring an excellent guest experience, with every dish prepared to exceptional standards, either through your efforts or by empowering your team.
  • Have experience in maintaining high standards of food safety, health, and safety, and understanding the financial aspects of a kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Are committed to building a coaching culture within your team, working with your head chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Are a proactive problem solver, able to think quickly and make decisions on the spot.
