Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support coaching and development within your team, driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Fostering a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes, and nurturing talent.
  • Ensuring an exceptional guest experience, maintaining high standards in dish preparation.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Building a coaching culture, recruiting, and developing team members.
  • Problem-solving and making quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of food safety, health and safety standards.
  • Understanding of financial performance, including GP and stock management.
