Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

What You Need to Do:

  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards of food preparation and safety.
  • Manage kitchen standards, including health and safety, and understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.

  • Be a proactive problem solver, capable of making quick decisions on your feet.
